Learners with Intellectual Disability (ID) are characterized by having limitations in cognitive functioning and skills. This inflicts a different kind of challenge to teachers who handle them. If use effective teaching techniques media, children or students intellectual disabilities can develop effectively some learning challenges be addressed (Jiu, et. Al, 2020).
